Monthly board and members meeting at the Baca National Wildlife Refuge. Directions: Take Hwy 17 to the town of Moffat. At the south end of town turn east on County Road T. Go 11 miles (the roads does several jogs). Look for the kiosk on the south side of the road. Turn south and go about 1/2 mile south and turn left towards headquarters building.
