Take State Avenue south of the Alamosa Visitor Center for 1/2 a mile, turn left (east) on 12th street, go about 1/2 mile to the recycle center. 12th street will curve south at the recycling center and turn into South River Road. The kiosk is just a couple of tenths of a mile after you go past the recycle center and is on the left (east).
